Our 2020 Harvest of Anther Cherry Gin is our best yet! 30,000 black Tasmanian cherries from Spreyton Orchards macerated in our flagship Anther Gin.
This year we experimented with multiple sugars, adding extra mouthfeel from a blend of glucose, fructose and sucrose. But not too much!
The 2020 Harvest Anther Cherry Gin is only 62g/lt, or one quarter of the sugar in a traditional sloe gin.
As always, Anther Cherry Gin cannot be made without a massive day of gin lovers hand pitting cherries and sharing an awesome day talking, eating, drinking and pitting. Thank you to everyone who helped out!
